Strip Steak with Lo Mein Noodles

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® New York strip steaks 
- 3 tablespoons Korean barbecue seasoning 
- 1 (14-ounce) box dried lo mein noodles 
- 15 ounces (8 cups) power blend slaw mix 
- 1 tablespoon canola oil 
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil 
- 1/2 cup gochujang sauce 
- 1/2 cup chili crisp 
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season steaks with Korean barbecue seasoning, refrigerate 1 hour. Grill steaks over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side. Finish cooking over indirect heat until they reach 120°F, allow to rest at least 5 minutes. 
- Boil noodles 1 minute less than package directions, strain, thoroughly rinse with cold water. In a large bowl combine canola and sesame oils; toss in noodles to coat. Stir in gochujang sauce and power blend slaw. 
- Slice steaks thinly, serve with noodle slaw and garnish with chili crisp and green onions.
